Bobby Arash specialises within the practice areas Regulatory Compliance, Environmental law, EU law, as well as financing and securities and is primarily working with legal and regulatory matters relevant to the life science and technology businesses.
Bobby has over 15 years of experience from the private and the public sectors in the EU, USA, Canada and Sweden. He provides advice and representation to clients on legal and regulatory matters related to safety, health and environment, as well as management of commercial and operational risks arising from application of regulatory regimes within the life science, technology and environmental sectors. He also represents clients in these sectors on matters related to venture capital and regulatory compliance. Bobby is particularly skilled in industrial sectors: chemicals, biocides, pesticides, medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, mechanical & electrical equipment, food & dietary supplements, food regulation & food contact materials, biotechnology (GMO), and consumer products.
Bobby has in the past worked as legal advisor, lobbyist and regulatory expert at several Swedish and international law firms in Sweden and Brussels. He has also experience from the pharma- and chemicals industry in USA and Canada. Additionally, Bobby has worked as legal and regulatory advisor to the European Commission (DG Environment) and at the Swedish Chemicals Agency.
