Johan Stern is responsible for the practice area Public Procurement and works mainly with public affairs and Commercial Contracts. He represents both contracting authorities and entities as well as suppliers, and the services applies to all or part of the procurement and bidding process. Johan acts frequently as legal representative in review procedures and as lecturer at both open as well as client customized courses and seminars.
