Financing and Securities

Our services and experience in the area of financing mainly comprise advice to clients in relation with the financing of acquisitions and the refinancing of their own operations (debt and/or equity financing). In equity financing we can assist in connection with private and public share issues, issues of convertible loans and share option schemes and in debt financing e.g.with regard to bridge financing solutions. Within securities law, we assist with licensing and permits, and matters to be reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. We also provide advice on regulatory issues for securities companies, mutual fund companies and other enterprises whose operations are subject to ongoing supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
